Installation is both science and art to the members of Media Products, Inc.‘s installation team. We focus on the details of fit, finish and functionality to deliver a system that performs as designed from its first use. This approach minimizes future support needs and frees our clients from concerns about the downtime that results from less meticulous installation.

Maintenance and Repair

Media Products, Inc.‘s System Assurance Plan protects your valuable investment. It can include unlimited emergency service calls, telephone support during normal business hours, and regularly scheduled preventive maintenance services. From the most expensive component to the smallest connector, the agreement covers your entire system and helps ensure that your system continues to provide the superior performance you expect.

Media Products, Inc.‘s System Assurance Plan is a complete, comprehensive maintenance program designed to keep your equipment operational all the time. We provide on-site emergency, telephone support and scheduled preventive maintenance at your location when you need it! Media Products, Inc.‘s System Assurance Plan covers your entire system, from the most expensive component down to cables and connectors (expendable items such as batteries and lamps not included). We will even provide the labor to install replacement components for your equipment!
